PERFORMANCE SCORE METHODOLOGY
Our own score, published in full — not a proprietary formula that changes without notice. Same inputs always produce the same score.
FOUR COMPONENTS, 0-100 TOTAL
40 pts
Points Share
40 points scaled by this driver's share of the season's highest points total.
25 pts
Win Rate
25 points scaled by wins per completed round of the season.
20 pts
Podium Rate
20 points scaled by podiums per completed round of the season.
15 pts
Consistency
15 points scaled by how close this driver's average race finish is to P1 across a 20-car grid.
Win Rate and Podium Rate divide by the SEASON's completed rounds, not each driver's own rounds entered — a mid-season substitute can't out-rate a full-season driver just by having fewer starts to divide by. Consistency uses average race finish INCLUDING DNFs (not the Exclude-DNF variant the Consistency page offers) — not finishing is a real consistency failure the score should reflect.
